Share Those Moments

My friend, AnneMarie at CHEMOBRAIN . . . In The Fog is undertaking a new project for 2014. She wants to write a book about intimacy and the effects that cancer treatment has on such subjects as sex, intimacy and sexuality. Got a moment? She could use your help. Her request is for bold honesty. She wants to hear from patients and partners of patients. The survey is geared toward breast cancer patients, but all of the answers are optional. So if you’ve had another type of cancer, help her out by answering her questions in the narrative sections. The same goes for partners of cancer patients.

Let’s be honest. Cancer (or any life-threatening illness) can and does change things. There are physical changes, to be sure. But there are also emotional and psychological changes. Sometimes the physical changes don't affect our sex life but how we view ourselves can.
